Downtown Aurora Visual Arts

Date: December 4, 2026 – January 8, 2027

Opening Reception: Friday, December 4, 2026 | 4:00–9:00 p.m.

Location: Downtown Aurora Visual Arts (DAVA), 1405 Florence Street, Aurora, CO 80010

Start the season of giving with Aroma, DAVA's annual holiday show and sale featuring original artwork by DAVA youth and local artists. Discover one-of-a-kind handmade gifts while supporting DAVA's free year-round arts education programs for children and teens in Aurora.

Inspired by the aromas that bring people together during holidays and celebrations, DAVA students ages 3–18 have created functional ceramics, sculptural incense burners, candle holders, vases, tea accessories, handmade paper, greeting cards, paintings, and more. The exhibition also features artwork and specialty gifts by local and international artists and makers.

Join DAVA for an aromatic opening reception featuring Ethiopian coffee by Sabe S. Kemer. Guests can also shop a youth-led kids' market, where young artists will sell their own handmade creations.
